Your real structure
Assistants
Shown beside their manager, between the manager and the team. A manager can have several assistants.
Dotted-line managers
Matrix reporting appears under the second manager with a dashed line. One click jumps to the person’s real position.
People outside Entra ID
Externals, freelancers and open positions from a SharePoint list, with their own photo, manager and type.
Rename values
Show values under another name – for example two group companies as one – without changing Entra ID.

Cards or list
A directory view lists everyone who matches its filters, as a grid of cards or as a table.
Filter dropdowns
Viewers filter by department, office or any attribute; each dropdown shows the remaining values with counts.
Sorting and paging
Sorted by name or any attribute, with 12 to 96 people per page.
People and details
Details window
Click a person for their details, manager, assistants, team and dotted-line relationships.
Photos
Real profile photos from Microsoft 365, loaded only for the people on screen and cached in the browser.
Teams presence and chat
Optional presence indicators and a direct “Chat in Teams” link.
Your design
Themes per view
Save colours, card style, card width, text size and fields as themes and choose one for each view. Export and import copy them to other pages.
Corporate colours
Highlight, secondary, card, group header and background colours; text switches to black or white for contrast.
Card fields and labels
Up to five fields under the name and a coloured label per card, for example the department.
Modern or classic cards
Photo on top or beside the name, adjustable card width and four text sizes.
SharePoint themes
Follows the page and section theme, including dark sections.
Sharing and performance
PNG and PDF export
